❌ Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before travel: 30% cancellation charges.
- 15 to 30 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges.
- 0 to 15 days before travel: 100% cancellation charges.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, some activities may be cancelled. We will try to provide alternatives, but no refunds will be issued in such cases.
💰 Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
✅ Confirmation Policy
- Confirmation voucher will be sent within 24 hours of booking.
- If slots are unavailable, an alternative schedule will be provided.
- If not satisfied, customer can cancel and get a full refund.
